Restricted Area Trekking in Nepal

Nepal has hundreds of treks to offer, varying from short easy to strenuous multiple days hiking for all age groups and fitness levels. The geographical variation of Nepal offers a wide range of opportunities for trekkers, hikers and adventurers of all calibre. However, some of the areas of Nepal are considered as Restricted Areas. The numbers of visitors is controlled to protect the fragile natural beauty, culture and environment.  Only a handful of visitors are allowed to visit these places on annual basis. Restricted Area Trekking in Nepal is a unique opportunity to explore the unspoiled nature, isolated villages, a unique culture and is for sure once in a life time experience.

In order to visit the restricted areas special arrangements must be made and restricted area permit must be obtained.
