Rolwaling Valley Tso Rolpa Lake trek is a hidden hiking destination located North-East of Kathmandu between Everest and Langtang region. This trek is a true off the beaten track experience as only a hand full of people venture out to this area. If you want to be away from the crowds to a very hidden and pristine valley, this is the best option for you.

Trekking in less traveled Rolwaling Valley starts after an adventurous drive on the curvy roads to the small village of Chetchet located on the banks of Tama Koshi river. Further on from Chetchet we will be hiking through isolated Sherpa settlements, lush forests and waterfalls overlooking the holy Mt Gaurisankhar and other Himalayan peaks. On our rest day at Na, we will take a day trip to the beautiful glacial lake Tso Rolpa. This region is also home to rare wildlife like snow leopards. It is quite fascinating to see so many different snow capped peaks throughout the journey. Lush forests, terrace farmlands, waterfalls, unique Sherpa settlements, glacial lake, unlimited views of Himalayan peaks, less crowded trekking trails are some of the many highlights of this trek.
